Términos de Uso

Al registrarte y utilizar DeepCleanCSV, aceptás los siguientes términos. Leelos detenidamente antes de usar el servicio.

1. Descripción del servicio

DeepCleanCSV es una plataforma web que permite limpiar, transformar y analizar archivos CSV para su uso en proyectos de machine learning y análisis de datos. El servicio se ofrece en modalidad de suscripción con planes gratuito y de pago.

2. Uso aceptable

Al usar DeepCleanCSV te comprometés a:

Ser mayor de 13 años o contar con el consentimiento de tu tutor legal si tenés entre 13 y 18 años.
Utilizar el servicio únicamente para fines legales y legítimos.
No subir archivos que contengan datos personales de terceros sin el consentimiento correspondiente.
No intentar vulnerar, sobrecargar o interferir con la infraestructura del servicio.
No utilizar el servicio para actividades fraudulentas, ilegales o que violen derechos de terceros.
No compartir tu cuenta con otras personas ni permitir el acceso no autorizado.

3. Responsabilidad sobre los datos

Sos el único responsable de los archivos que subís a la plataforma. El Plan Free procesa los archivos sin guardar historial. Los planes Pro y Business almacenan los archivos procesados en el historial durante el período que el usuario configure (hasta 7 días en Pro, hasta 30 días en Business), pudiendo el usuario reducir ese período o eliminar su historial en cualquier momento desde Configuración. No nos hacemos responsables por el contenido, la exactitud ni el uso que hagas de los datos procesados.

4. Planes, pagos y política de reembolsos

Los planes de pago (Pro y Business) se cobran en ciclos mensuales a través de Mercado Pago. El acceso a las funciones premium queda habilitado de forma inmediata tras la confirmación del pago.

        Política de reembolsos: no se realizan reembolsos. Al contratar un plan de pago aceptás expresamente que el servicio comienza a prestarse de forma inmediata una vez confirmado el pago, y que en consecuencia renunciás al derecho de arrepentimiento previsto en el artículo 34 de la Ley 24.240 y en el artículo 1110 y siguientes del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, según lo permitido por el artículo 1116 inciso c) de dicho Código para los contratos de servicio cuya ejecución haya comenzado con el acuerdo del consumidor antes de vencer el plazo legal de arrepentimiento. No se emiten reembolsos por períodos no utilizados, cancelaciones anticipadas ni cambios de plan.

5. Derecho de arrepentimiento y baja del servicio

La Disposición 954/2025 de la Subsecretaría de Defensa del Consumidor establece el derecho a dar de baja un servicio contratado online. Podés cancelar tu suscripción o eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la sección Configuración dentro de la aplicación, sin necesidad de contactarnos. La cancelación impide la renovación del plan al mes siguiente; el acceso premium se mantiene hasta el fin del período abonado.

El derecho de arrepentimiento de 10 días hábiles previsto por la normativa no es aplicable a DeepCleanCSV dado que el servicio digital comienza a ejecutarse de forma inmediata con el acuerdo del usuario al momento de la contratación, conforme al artículo 1116 inciso c) del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación.

6. Disponibilidad del servicio

Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para mantener el servicio disponible de forma continua, pero no garantizamos una disponibilidad del 100%. Podemos interrumpir el servicio temporalmente por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o causas fuera de nuestro control.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

DeepCleanCSV se brinda "tal como está". En ningún caso seremos responsables por pérdidas de datos, daños directos o indirectos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio, incluso si fuimos informados de la posibilidad de tales daños.

8. Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Cuando se produzca una modificación, los usuarios serán notificados mediante un aviso dentro de la aplicación al iniciar sesión. Para continuar usando el servicio será necesario aceptar los nuevos términos de forma explícita, confirmando además tener 13 años o más. Los términos actualizados entrarán en vigencia en el momento de esa aceptación.

9. Cancelación de cuenta

Podés cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la sección de Configuración. Al cancelar, tus datos y archivos almacenados serán eliminados de forma permanente.

10. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina, incluyendo la Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor, la Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales y el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación. Cualquier disputa derivada del uso del servicio será sometida a la jurisdicción de los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, salvo que la legislación aplicable establezca un fuero distinto en favor del usuario.

By registering and using DeepCleanCSV, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Description of the service

DeepCleanCSV is a web platform that allows you to clean, transform, and analyze CSV files for use in machine learning projects and data analysis. The service is offered as a subscription with free and paid plans.

2. Acceptable use

By using DeepCleanCSV you agree to:

Be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian if you are between 13 and 18 years old.
Use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Not upload files containing personal data of third parties without the corresponding consent.
Not attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
Not use the service for fraudulent, illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

3. Data responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload to the platform. The Free Plan processes files without saving history. Pro and Business plans store processed files in history for the period configured by the user (up to 7 days on Pro, up to 30 days on Business). Users may reduce that period or delete their history at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or use you make of the processed data.

4. Plans, payments and refund policy

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in monthly cycles through Mercado Pago. Access to premium features is enabled immediately after payment confirmation.

        Refund policy: no refunds are issued. By subscribing to a paid plan you expressly agree that the service begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and therefore waive any right of withdrawal or refund under applicable consumer protection law, to the extent permitted by law for digital services whose execution has commenced at the consumer's request before the legal withdrawal period expires. No refunds are issued for unused periods, early cancellations, or plan changes.

5. Right of withdrawal and service cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the Settings section within the app, without needing to contact us. Cancellation prevents renewal for the following month; premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

The statutory 10-business-day right of withdrawal does not apply to DeepCleanCSV because the digital service begins execution immediately upon the user's agreement at the time of contracting, in accordance with applicable exceptions under Argentine law (Civil and Commercial Code, art. 1116, inc. c).

6. Service availability

We make our best effort to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

DeepCleanCSV is provided "as is." In no event shall we be liable for data loss, direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, even if we were informed of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When a modification occurs, users will be notified via an in-app notice upon login. To continue using the service, explicit acceptance of the updated terms will be required, including confirmation of being 13 years of age or older. The updated terms take effect at the moment of that acceptance.

9. Account cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings section. Upon cancellation, your data and stored files will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Law 24.240 (Consumer Protection), Law 25.326 (Personal Data Protection), and the Civil and Commercial Code. Any dispute arising from the use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless applicable law establishes a different venue in favor of the user.
